Cancellation of Order
You have the right to cancel your order prior to shipment. We will refund the total amount of the goods, less any costs incurred, within 30 days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation in writing by email or by telephone notification during normal office hours [Mon to Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm]. Refunds for cancellations will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order. Returns You have the right to return your order within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Returns
If you need to return or exchange items then please either telephone us on 01789 290905 or email us with your name, address, contact details and order ID, together with a reason for return. We will then arrange either an exchange, refund or credit once the item is returned to us. Please note this must be in perfect condition.

When returning any goods, please ensure you provide details of:-
- your name
- your daytime telephone number
- your order number
- your reason for return
All returns should be made together with the original packaging and insured for their return passage (we are not liable for lost goods!).
